I submitted an idea last evening after considerable thought and writing with little editing. I thought it was a BIG IDEA but when
I completed the info to pay by my credit card, I received a message that my card was invalid. Then, today I received a message from a
Quirky person named, Rob, who gave me a temporary password that he
said would work until the credit card issuewas resolved. I tried it
and got a pasword error message. I still don't know if my idea post
was save and if so how can I view it, edit it, and resubmit. is there a person there to answer my question or only QUIRKY ROBOTS?

I have a sticker that will serve to fullfill any need for a prototype
or drawing since I wil photograph it and send it with my post as an attachement if and when I am allowed to see my post and resubmit as
Rob suggested. Do I have to wait until the weekend is over or is there a weekend on call Quirky staff member?

Quirky doesn't have robots. Customer service is available 7 days a week 8am-9pm. Give them a call, 1-866-5QUIRKY

I am considering an idea, but decided to check to find out IF I need to be "computer savy" in order to "sell" my idea to the "judges" I can correct a page of spelling & grammar HOWEVER unable to get the hang of the TV remote..........I have a GREAT idea though... Please let me know what extent is the computer input on my end to attempt to make my fortune ......

The website can be a bit difficult to navigate for first timers however Quirky does make it almost foolproof to submit an idea. If the idea is really a great idea and appeals to a wide audience you will have to do very little to nothing to promote the idea once it's submitted. If Quirky likes the idea and thinks it has possibilities they will put your idea Under Consideration and look into it further (see if it already exists, the competition, etc.)

Today is my 4th day at the library and I'm trying to learn quickly! I've made some mistakes but I'm happy I can edit everyday! Please know my drawing is just "not" attractive, so I want to do my best to "explain" this to everyone, so I will edit more info today and everyday till it's perfected!
