I have some ideas that I think could use improvement in general for realtors. Post lots of pictures of properties and make them easily accessible.

I have often ridden my bicycle and walked through a potential neighborhood in town. No fliers in the boxes means I am less likely to chekc out the propertiecs. #QRCODES could be used so i can capture more detailed information with my mobile phone.

There is a Canadian Toy company interested in this product but they want a prototype for market testing.....I do not know how to make a prototype so I have listed it again for Project #47. If It doesn't make it on Quirky I am interested in hearing from anyone who could build it for a percent share if it makes it. My email is on the website.

@Maria - I second Dropbox. I like it 'cause it let me upload folders, not just files = easy setup.

@Ken, I took the real estate exam last October and I had to take it 3 times before I passed..I started my online training in July and got my license mid-end of October. My broker told me she knew someone who had taken the test 12 times and still hadn't past it. The test is extremely difficult, there isn't (or wasn't) much math on the tests I took. Just a lot of laws and scenario questions. Good luck though!
