Earning influence, casting votes, playing the pricing game, and all that jazz
New guy question. I did my resaerch and listed a similar product's name with my idea submittal. Someone later added the same similar product with the name of the website that depicts the similar product I listed. Will they get Influence for this duplication? Also, who polices this sort of thing or is this really no big deal.

Do they get influence even if the product isn't that similar. People always post something similar on my idea's even if it not even the same thing. My idea could be a bazooka and the post a squirt gun. LOL
A lot of times newer postings "borrow" suggestions from comments to older postings. Try to figure then whether it is similar or not.
