You've definitely got my vote! I like the amazing simplicity and adaptability of it, and with just a couple of the tweaks that people have mentioned I think it will be a great product. It doesn't have to have a USB connection or power adapter or anything like that - just keep it simple.
I dont know any MacBook that doesnt get too hot, so a cooling pad incorporated would be extremely useful... also, its just a tiny computer fan so it would be very low cost. Personally, I would not purchase it unless it had a cooling system... But its a great concept, love the idea!
I like the ventilation added - definitely needed - I would consider providing a handful of rubber 'feet' that the buyer could place (stick) wherever desired to keep the laptop lifted off the wedge.
The problem I see with this idea, 1-There are many other options similar to this in the market, its not unique. 2-Typing on an angle like this would suggest isvery uncomfortable on the wrists.
Here are some suggestions for the industrial design phaase that I've read:
1) Power adapter storage
2) Corrugated surface (like a Paninni press) to allow air flow and also stiffen the panels
3) Maybe incorporate a Cordie cord organizer for desktop use
3) Make the angle adjustable
4) Use on your lap in a car-could orient so the keyboard is at a -30 degree angle
We need a novel way to connect the two ends. The triangle is one sheet with two joints and it folds into the wedge shape. It needs a way to connect the two panels at a 90 deg angle.
I added a support at the bottom to constrain it side to side and front to back. This will enable it to accomodate different sizes. Just make several removable supports to wok with the larger green wedge.
I added holes for ventilation but I like the "Pannini" idea from James.
Ventilation slots would be mandatory. Suggest a 'panini' style surface instead of just flat; the ventilation slots could be in the valleys away from where the laptop contacts the surface. This might also make it less likely to flex. Suggest that the lip to keep laptop in place be molded in rather than repositionable (easy to lose).

I like the versatility; you can use it in a plane, a train, automobile,at your desk and even in bed.

great suggestion with the pannini surface
I like the idea of a place for a power adapter, for the desk configuration you can use a "Cordies"
