This problem hit me square in the face when I was waiting in a shopping center with a great idea I wanted to draw out. After downloading a basic drawing app, I realized the extent of drawing precision I had was roughly equivalent to a 5 year old with a can spray paint in the back of a van rolling down a hill at night. Needless to say, I could not draw with this whatsoever.. I know others have problems with long nails or larger fingers and are quite a bit more screen handicapped.
