Love to cook but hate to peel? The Flex-A-Peel's soft silicone mitt contours to your hand; the BENDABLE blade peels vegetables in a snap!

Submitted by: michaelt

The Problem

Most vegetable peelers are stiff and uncomfortable to use, causing hand fatigue, and only peel small strips at a time, making peeling a pain.

Why use the same old blade technology when you could peel quicker and more comfortably with a soft, silicone mitt or (mitts) with a FLEXIBLE (bendable) yet razor sharp blade.

The thumb could have little "nubs" to scrub the vegetable.

The Solution

The Flex-A-Peel offers a soft, silicone mitt that contours to the shape of your hand (and the vegetable) allowing you to cover more surface and peel vegetables with less effort. The sharp, FLEXIBLE blade gets the job done quicker.

(#1) The Flex-A-Peel could provide contoured grooves inside the mitt to fit your fingers - for a secure, comfortable fit.

Option (#2) is a soft, bendable disc to fit the palm of your hand - add a strap that fits across the fingers/knuckles or diagonally to secure it to the hand. (See picture)

Who knew peeling vegetables could be so sexy (I mean flexy)!

Key Features

  • Bendable blade and mitt that contours to your hand for even, effortless peeling perfection!
  • Great for all cooks but perfect for arthritis sufferers, too!

Product Comparison

  • Chef'n Palm Peeler (similar idea but not as flexible or comfortable to use - uses old straight peeler blade)
  • Tater mitts (more of a scrubber than a peeler and works only on potatoes)
