The variety of colors are appealing and enticing.

This was similar to what i was trying to draw up in my submitted sketch. A little different but is the hinged concept I was trying to hit. It looks good! I like it.

Stick with these bright colours for the kids, they are much more visually stimulating and therefore should keep their attention for longer

I just asked my son: this is the one!

Primary colors are best for intended audience but would also like to see a black and white combination with the primarys

I think the more brilliant the colors the more attractive to both kids
and adults. If the hinge was hollow a plastic dowel would allow for a more
    multi-dimensional creation.

This is nice too and would be best if made from recycled plastic.

Whilst there may be intellectual debate over whether basic colours are more appealing to kids, I believe the majority of people buying this product for kids, be that parents or gift buyers, will consider these bright colours the most appealing.
This scheme gets my vote. And the plastic should be majority recycled, No excuses.

These vivid primary colors would assist with them learning and recognizing what primary colors are and are just a fun way to stimulate children's vision.

Primary colors are the best for kids.
