Family Fun Pool Toy/Game (Possibly a Sinking City of Atlantis or Shipwreck Theme)--Watch Video

Submitted by: Bill Burton

The Description

Children would load the sinking pieces into the model, set the timer, set the City of Atlantis afloat and go to a predetermined starting spot. After a set amount of time, the ejectors would fire, launching the treasure/parts of the city into the pool. These items would quickly sink to the bottom. Upon launch, the children would dive to retrieve the parts and return them to the plastic model. The goal is to return the parts before the timer runs out. If they fail, the timer runs out and the hatches in the bottom of the plastic model open, allowing the City of Atlantis to sink. The game can then be reset and played again. Thanks to all who commented and voted. I got a ton of votes this round so it should be another close call.

Loo Say...thanks for the input. I do think my product has a great replay value...different rules, different types of game play, etc.

I'm not sure your second comment was meant for my idea...it's not a card game, but there is a card game listed in this round.

Might I suggest adding some constructive feedback? What would you change or add to make this a more competitive product?

    screw my last comment...

I think that your inventions should be based on more of NEED than WANT.

This is a want product and there're many games like this, not just in the card games category, but you're competing against all toys as well, because all of them, including yours, fulfill the fun in all of us. Thus, from a commercial feasibility perspective, I doubt that this is gona succeed.

    Sorry.

I don't like it. I feel that this game has a short replay value. So I'm not voting for it, sorry.

Tyrel: I've worked at summer camps for years and I do think this would be an awesome game/toy at camps.
