Nice concept. Since this kinda looks like an Ikea light anyway, how about adding a lighting effect to the garden, like maybe inserting a flex LED neon or rope light in the center of the (hollow) bendy stems, to add an extra fun factor.
I like it. This way we can all adjust it to suit our tastes (with bendable stems). Like those lamps that other have mentioned, this can be set up to be more orderly (like a candleabra) or more random like it is drawn here.

Show AllForget about adding LED lights. Just keep the cost down and make sure that it fulfills it purpose of growing herbs indoor all year, looking great.

Will 'bendy' stems support the weight of a watered plant? Will unbendy ones?

Make sure the stems have different lengths.
