Grabbing a bottle of wine from your wine rack, carton of juice or milk or from the store, and pouring that much needed first glass, is always disappointing when it's too warm, especially wine!
Wouldn't it be great to at least make those first few glasses MUCH cooler, whilst you wait for the rest of the bottle or carton to chill properly in the fridge, assuming you have space!⠀
⠀
Whilst the IDEAL temp to serve white wine is close to 48˚F, we can get close enough with this to make that first glass or two more palatable, without having to use Ice-Cubes , which dilute the wine.
It's not just wine, but any warm beverage you want to drink cool! Eg tea, colas , juices etc.

Create a set of moulded units, which are stored in the freezer. You take two of them and twist/click them together to form the product. The units join at the cooling section. The cooling section is formed from a moulded set of highly conductive large area surfaces that contain a gel or metal that gets frozen. As the wine washes over the large surfaces it gets cooled by heat being transferred to the cooling gel/metal. The 'flow' of wine through the cooling unit is slow enough to allow maximum thermal transfer.⠀
⠀There are many ways the thermal unit could be designed!⠀
⠀
Cocojacoby suggestion added:- It could rest on the top of a wine glass so it can be used with one hand or so you can slowly pour the wine while holding the wine bottle with both hands.⠀
