BUTTER TWISTER. Twist, smear, & store. Portion control, each twist is 1/2 tbsp. A BETTER BUTTER solution. (resubmit)

Submitted by: Jenson

The Problem

Hard butter is not easy to use. Whether smearing on a hot pan so you don't have to use spray butter, trying to spread on toast or corn, using for baking when having to mix, etc. So we wanted to come up with the ultimate butter solution that would allow ease of use of butter in all situations.

The Solution

Butter Twister. Twist, smear, store. Portion control, each twist is 1/2 tbsp. Including measurements is an obvious factor because most people are looking for tools that include portion control. This would also make it useful when cooking or baking. There are various butter tools on the market that address different problems, but not an all in one butter tool that covers it all. The Butter Twister is a Better butter solution.
SUGGESTED BY SCOTT GARFIELD: Saw a cap mentioned in the comments (Brian Halter), so please give credit where credit is due...perhaps make the cap a "stand" for storage in fridge and for standing up on the table during the meal.

Suggestion from uniqueideas- Butter Twister & Flavor ~ Market and Instruction booklet to set this apart on how to add roasted garlic pods for garlic bread, or herbs for herb bread. This would set it apart from anything similar. Cut butter stick in fourths and insert seasonings as you load, then twist.

This previously made UC. Feedback included that people may not want to use this to smear butter on a pan and then put back in the fridge. Perhaps one could put the lid back on after cutting off the butter to use to smear.

Key Features

  • A better butter solution.
