When cooking sauces and such you usually need to add liquid ingredients. To do this you usually have to use measuring spoons to add the correct amount of a specific ingredient to the pot. You then use a large basting spoon to stir the ingredients. This leaves you with dirty measuring and basting spoons. Having both a set of measuring spoons and basting spoons also adds to drawer and counter clutter.

The solution is to add measuring spoon measurement line markings that are molded or printed directly onto the inner part of a large basting spoon allowing you to pour and measure liquid ingredients directly in the spoon. You then simply add the ingredients directly into the sauce pan and stir with the same basting spoon.
