Alrighty…. Tofu Press it is.
Our Designers are racing to get some initial sketches in from of you guys for some quick opinions… but in the meantime, Let’s name this thing.

PRODUCT BRIEF RECAP:
Tofu is way better and easier to cook when you drain all the water out of the block before you cut it up and throw it in the pan. No grease splatters, and it soaks up the flavors like a dry, tasty little sponge. Thing is, all the tofu-loving environmentalist hippies out there have no good way to drain that water out. Most people sandwich it between a bunch of paper towels and some heavy books, but that wastes paper towels.
So what we want is a hand-crank press of some kind that you can put two halves of a tofu block into, and squish the water out into the sink. It’d be faster and way more environmentally friendly than the paper towel method. A must-have addition to any tree-hugger’s eco-friendly kitchen!

Show AllPressto is a great name, but like many have said before... is there any variation we can give it? I find it hard to believe that there isn't a company out there using the same name.
I like this idea and voted for it... but may-be the comments are right in that it needs to be a little different from pressto... maybe presstu ?
Pressto doesn't do it for me completely because it really doesn't provide a visual. Sounds like pull a rabbit out of the hat. There are probably many pressto this out that but not a presstofu. I think it needs an identifier.
leave tofu out of it for sure. no doubt packaging will say tofu on it somewhere, but the name doesn't need tofu in it.

In Italian "presto" means "quick, rapid".
I think it sounds better with something like " Presto - Tofu".
It could also means "press to tofu", or maybe in another language already sounds better like "PressTo-fu"

great name, definitely better without the fu.
This is great name, clever and conveys the product purpose.
