Have at it, folks.

This concept would target the product more at children. The idea being that the base is a 3" cube. This would give children the ability to create patterns on each face, or use the 3" cube as the base for a sculpture. It would really teach kids about color. It like a more creative alternative to the "square peg; round hole" game.

I have not seen this "coat the outside" approach before. It naturally creates a display of the finished product. Not sure if the author means to cover the bottom face, but I would -- having that lip on the bottom would make it more inviting to pick up.

It also requires fewer bricks than some other concepts, making it less expensive to manufacture with some of the more complex brick designs. Fewer bricks also means less tedium while you figure out where to put them all.

There is probably a game in here somewhere. For example you and your opponent could take turns rotating bricks to make a colored path from one corner to its diagonal opposite. Need to figure out rules to inject some strategy and blocking, of course.
