Traditional building toys like Lego and K'NEX don't allow for the creation of highly-curved shapes. Many of the CAD programs used by architects and designers use triangulated irregular networks (TINs) to model curves. With the very simple hub and spoke approach proposed here it is possible to create a building toy that is also based on TINs and supports the creation of wonderfully curvaceous structures.
