    The Problem

The majority of people store their trash bags under the sink or in a drawer. The problem with that is that they are stored away from where they are used. Some store a roll of trash bags at the bottom of their trash can but if bags leak or break that is one smelly dirty place.

    The Solution

A simple plastic storage box that attaches to the side of your existing trash can. Now your trash bags are being dispensed where you use them! You can attach it with 3M adhesive tape for a strong hold. Attach it to the sides or front of your can for convenience or the back of your can where they are out of sight.

    Product Comparison

    • Quirky's Stash Can - To expensive for them to make.
    • Wall Mounted Dispensers - mostly industrial - very few household.
    • Trash Bag "Grocery Bag" dispensers - They don't hold rolls of kitchen trash bags.

    The Problem

Painting can take quite some time. We need something to cut down that time we spend painting. Even when it comes to painters, they could benefit from eliminating having to hire tons of employees.

    The Device

There are actually wall climbing robots that exist. Thinking about that plus how cleaning robots work, why not have a Wall Climbing Paint Robot!! You can add a certain amount of paint, attach the robot to the wall and like how a Roomba would work it can dispense paint in the right amount, wall by wall, space by space. The robot could maybe separate into smaller sizes to go through small spaces and even behind cabinets if possible -- then reconnect back into one product. Here are 3 special videos of wall climbing robots. The Invert Robotics is the Best Video Out of the three!: The container with smart measurements container can maybe be sprayed with a product like Every Dry or something to save the user time of cleaning and refilling the containers with another colour. Watch the EveryDry video below!: Bob Kelland's Suggestion: The robot could detect areas already painted and move on to unpainted areas. Save time, paint and create a more even coat. Cee's Suggestion: Add the ability to produce steam and use for aiding in wallpaper removal. Ability to choose the number of coats you would like to give from an app. The roomba could also draw textures in the paint, which are generally created with textured rollers.

    The Problem

Why get up and go to the cold bedroom to turn on the heating blanket? A cold bed can be a mood killer. ;) Solves safety concerns re overheating and forgetting to turn off.

    The Solution

Rev it up from your laptop or smart phone downstairs or wherever from the convenience of your easy chair or car and jump right in to a toasty bed. A smart-phone app communicates with the blanket remote wirelessly to turn on or time the heating. Also enables programming for different temps throughout usage--timed increments. Render by JJames.

    The Problem

Changing the water in a vase is a pain, especially if you have to remove the flowers or plant in the vase.

    The Solution

A vase with a removable bottom that would then allow the vase to drain through holes (in the permanent bottom) would allow the user to continuously let water flow through the vase and around the plants/roots until they are clean. Alternatively, this vase could simply have a plug in the bottom, allowing water to easily drain.

    The Problem

I've known people throughout my life who have had a form of one seizure disorder, or another, i.e. Epilepsy, recent Stroke victims, or Head Trauma from injury. It is very scary to watch someone go through it, it's a feeling of helplessness. I cannot imagine how terrifying it must be for the person who experiences it.

    The Device

My ideas is a smart watch equipped with a Bluetooth Ready Sensor that promises to help people with epilepsy by detecting abnormal movements in people prone to seizures. It will be able to send alerts to their phone and from there to their doctor. This ability to alert your health care provider is critical. Millions of people now carry a Bluetooth enabled phone with them almost everywhere they go. Once these Bluetooth Smart sensors securely send this information to a Bluetooth Smart Ready phone, it can be viewed by the patient, sent to a health care provider, or in certain cases, to alert emergency workers.

    The Problem

One tool to open your wine bottles and preserve what remains.

    The Solution

Combine a wine saver vacuum pump with a corkscrew. The tool would use standard Vacu Vin stoppers or recycled corks that have been modified to be used as vacuum stoppers. - Suggestions Welcome - Please write your suggestions in the space provided for 'Explanation Of Your Changes'. I'm especially interested in ways to modify the cork to reuse as a vacuum bottle stopper. Do not write in my original sections - thanks. Lisah suggests the option to have it work with specialty stoppers (so the ones on the market don't fit) so you get more sales.
