What is the Quirky Product Testing Program?

The Quirky Product Testing Program is a program that allows our community to get their hands on Quirky products before they hit the market and give us feedback on how to improve them.

Why do you have the Quirky Product Testing Program?

The program was created to let the Quirky community get more actively involved in our product development process and help us create the world’s best products.

Will I need to be a Quirky user to join the program?

Yes.

Do I get anything?

Of course! You will be among the first people to see and use a new Quirky product. In addition, you will either get to keep the product you were sent or you’ll return it with a pre-paid shipping label and receive a credit to buy a final production version when available.

Will I get influence for participating?

No.

How does it work?

When we have a new product ready for testing, a group of testers will be selected. If you are selected, you’ll be contacted via email and asked to confirm your shipping address. Then we’ll send the product to you and all you have to do is use it! There will be a survey to fill out at the end and also a place to discuss the product with Quirky and other testers along the way. Test periods will typically be 1 to 4 weeks. At the end of the test period, you’ll either get to keep your new Quirky product or return it to us and receive a credit to purchase a final production version once available.

How are testers selected?

For each product available, users will be selected through a combination of random selection and also specific demographics depending on the target market for that given product.

How many testers are selected for each product?

The number of testers will vary with each product, but it will be anywhere from tens to hundreds of users.

Can users outside of the US participate?

Sorry, but right now only people that live in the continental US may participate in the program.
