Show AllA little known fact: many STRONG CHEMICALS are used in manufacturing some textiles- and some are sprayed w/PESTICIDES when they arrive in the US. Some people (like me!!) have a STRONG reaction to this in the form of PAINFUL WELTS where tight clothing (expecially bras!!) come in contact with the skin! I used to think I was the only one, but check the internet! Please make sure it is made of 100% ORGANIC cotton - or at least not treated w/chemicals (safest to make in the USA) THANK YOU!!
The wires always rubbed on my top rib. Very painful. If you could somehow use something like a thick strong cord between the two side wires. Also, needs to have a wide band underneath and around the bra to help support.
Great idea!
Congratulation!

Great re-invent.
Can we do something about those awful back hooks, too?
Please consider incorporating 'minimizer' features.
It would be nice to make something to slip into existing bras that we already own.
Laundering is crucial.
One trip through a too hot dryer ruined some of my expensive bras when I was not at home and missed a load change.
I let the 'helper' live.
I would make the underwire more like the foamy curlers that you can twist only make them flat and form them like an underwire. It would add more lift and support.
I'm probably getting a bit obscure, but way back in 2000 there was a British TV documentary series called "Better by Design". Industrial designers Dick Powell and Richard Seymour were challenged to redesign items such as a life jacket, shaving razor, shopping cart, airline seat and other things. They showed this on one of the NY PBS channels for a bit, although it wasn't during primetime. It was a late night fill in thing you kinda had to look for.
Anyway, one show was dedicated to redesigning the bra. Seeing their process and concepts might help move this idea forward. I found a link online to the show if anyone wants to watch:

my gf's engineering school graduation gift was "a stress analysis of a strapless evening gown" It was a collection of humorous engineering based stories.
find it for a laugh or insite. They did cover the topic of your design.
i like it great idea best of luck
