I have one just like the one you have pictured and it is a piece of junk, but I did rework it and got it to barely work. I hope the version that is being built works better. I would think about buying one.

The picture was just to show an item currently on the market that tries to address the problem of quick and easy sewing jobs. I agree, it needs improvement and I proposed a stapler type instrument would be really simple and easy to use.

Yes I would buy this. Great idea. I am vertically challenged and everything has to be cut off. This is ideal for a quick fix.

Exactly -- quick fix... and as easy to use as a stapler!

I have one like this but it seldom works. Why is it called a stapler. If this works to hem pants and skirts etc. I am buying one.

The picture is a hand sewing machine that is currently on the market... btw which I feel needs improving. I called my ideation a stapler in order to get across the type of function I feel would in fact work... and be real easy to use.

    I like this idea.
Could it work on thick garment as jean?

Why Not? I have use a regular stapler on jeans before. LOL

Great idea! I just ripped the fabric off the arm of my couch. I went out and bought a hand held sewing machine and cant even use it. Your idea popped in my head. I want it and need it. Thanks, Robert thompson.

Use colored staples that won't rust. That way they blend with the fabric and can be washed making them permanent or semi-permanent repairs. This also is good for re-orders because people have many different colors of fabric and may need a color that doesn't come in the original kit. Also offer different strengths of the staples for different applications such as industrial strength and so on.

Think... The image being used IS an existing sewing machine product used to show competing type products... therefore, YES you probably have seen it and perhaps you even have one.

However, my Garment Stapler is totally new - there is nothing else like it!

You will find that my invention better and easier to carry and use... I am certain you will want to trade up and use one of mine instead.
