The current description sends a signal of too much wait time.
    Rather than
"Creating your Frosty Face is easy:
    1. Fill the mold with water.
    2. Freeze it.
    3. Remove your new accessory and stick it on your snowman."

    Change to
"Creating your Frosty Face is easy:
    Quick creation
    1. Fill mold with snow and use as desired.
    OR
    1. Fill the mold with water. Add color as desired.
    2. Freeze it.
    3. Remove your new accessory and stick it on your snowman.
Get creative and fill mold with Jello" - or something like that.
Agree with previous comment. Price is restrictive.

This was a bad idea from the start. Why would anyone want to pay $25 to have the same snowman over and over again. This product takes the fun out of making your own personal snowman.

If this was to be the least bit successfull, but only if you add COLOR supplement to water to make it more appealing. I mean all those who 'walk by' or drive by will only notice the scarf and a blank face. Was this not tested last winter? Kids like color, not plain clear ice!!

LOL. Well i disagree that it was a bad idea at the start. In fact, I think the idea has tones of merit. However, what we ended up with is a really expensive ice cube tray in the shape of a face. Not at all what I had envisioned.

But I guess you win some and you lose some. It's the way the community ball bounces. Don't know if other idea peeps felt the same way or if in some cases the product got better not worse. For me, I"ll just keep my ideas to myself from now on in case I ever want to try and implement them.

Just proves an idea is just an idea if followed by poor execution.

This is a prime example of the failings of this type of system. We have a lot of people with ultra whacky ideas that have zero probability of success. If this ever comes to market I will be amazed. It's a silly idea, with zero merit. I truly believe that before we all vote for something, take some time and really think about whether it's got a snowballs chance in hell of ever selling.(Pardon the pun) Just because we all have three votes per slot, doesn't mean we have to use them, why vote a wishywashy idea just to use up your votes. Maybe this is just the wrong forum for me but when I registered I figured it would be an interesting experiment in bringing new and exciting ideas to market, but what I am mostly finding is unwanted gimmicky junk products. Obviously one of the biggest limitations is lack of technological prowess and access to only one form of production, that being plastic/rubber products.

this is not at all like the product that I imagined when I voted for it to win. I thought that the entire snowman was going to come out of a mold, not just face parts.

Any idea about if it will actually 'stick' to a snowman? It seems it will be heavier than snow since it will be solid ice, and might just easily fall off ... might need a stick coming out the back to shove into the snowman's head. Please think about this before getting final on the build.

I have to agree that the price is a little high.. I could see it maybe being $25 AFTER pre-sale, but with the hot months about to kick in this will sit in pre-sale for awhile regardless. People do not buy winter stuff in the spring nor do they buy spring items in the winter. I respect Leigh for thinking up this idea and Quirky for taking it on but its simply at the wrong time of year.

Did a little math and EACH piece of plastic is $2.78 during pre-sale and $3.56 after pre-sale.

$25 bucks is waaaayyy too much for this, which makes the regular price ($32) seem crazy. it is just molded plastic, after all, so why does it cost so much? i would classify this as an "impulse" purchase, or a gift for a kid, and pay tops $15.00. although i wouldn't actually buy it since i think the faces are ugly & prefer homemade snowman faces even if they are wonky.

doesn't appear to be much demand for this, I think the price is too high for this type of object.

This seems to be rolling out at the wrong time of year for its intended purpose. Maybe it should be repurposed to fit other applications. Any way to make it less costly? $19.95 seems to be the magic number for items like this.
