Inspired by the format of a cheese slicer, the scoop features an integrated scraper that can be drawn across a layer of hard ice cream, curling it into a traditional scoop shape in the process. Once the hardened top layer has been removed, Dolce functions as a normal scoop as well. Who knows, this may be the best thing the ice cream world's seen since the introduction of Chunky Monkey.
