Portion - Measure & Mix

A set of nylon cooking spoons with lines for measuring smaller quantities.

When cooking, you use measuring spoons to dole out your ingredients, then a spoon to stir them all up. Why not simplify? Portion spoons allow you to measure, mix and serve with the same utensil, then hang from a hook, reducing kitchen drawer clutter.

Features:
- Large nylon spoon with graduated lines that indicate a teaspoon, a tablespoon, and two tablespoons measurements.
- Small nylon spoon with graduated lines that indicate a quarter teaspoon, a teaspoon, and two teaspoons measurements.
- Made of food-safe nylon.

Dimensions:
- Large spoon: 13" long x 2.5" wide
- Small spoon: 8.5" long x 1.75" wide

Disappointed

I ordered this measure spoon because I like the way it looked and I've been searching far and wide for something like this. Looks like the spoon was redesigned along the way and the stock photos were not updated. What I got was a spoon that looks NOTHING like what's pictured here, it's not a one-piece spoon, but the handle is a clear hollow tube with additional measurement marks (1 TBS, 2 TBS, 3 TBS and 1/4 cup). The handle removes with a turn and clicks right back in. Aside from the fact that the redesigned spoon is ugly looking, the handle is uncomfortable to hold in my hand. I also hate that it has movable parts - bowl of spoon detaches from handle. This was my first purchase from Quirky and it was a real let down.
