This is a great concept and i agree that is a humorous take on turning on the lights when you get up. I say that it is a great idea but what keeps me from actually getting up , grabbing my wallet and buying it is that i am unsure. What kind of sound is this going to make and will it be enough to wake up a truly deep sleeper? when you answer these questions there could still be more improvements you could make such as creating a docking station for it so that when you wake up you can twist it in and alternatively use it as a night light or lamp after a long night. Another good application would be that it has a rechargeable battery so that you can use it as a flashlight during an emergency.

Love the design. One addition I would suggest (if it's not already a feature) is to illuminate the buttons on the back so you can set the alarm at night in low light.
    Thanks,
    Neil

This is truly a great idea. Yet my twist would be getting the "Watt-Time" from nightstand to ceiling. Having the light bulb sync up via "Blue-Tooth" or "WiFi." So one can set the alarm on there smart-phone or any other device. This would mean that the "Watt-Time 2.0" would have an application that needs to be downloaded to your device to control it. Another option would be the old-fashion "Time-Watt" way of manually setting your alarms. Another option to add would be "Color Mode" where you can set an alarm to illuminating in a variety of color via RGB LED. By doing so you will know when you really need to get your butt out of bed. This new "Watt-Time 2.0" will be more attractive to high-school and college students. To turn off your "Watt-Time 2.0" all you need to do is turn off the light or turn if off by using your app.

I love this idea! Perhaps add a way to change the color of the numbers? Also it would be neat to add a name or phrase on the bulb to personalize it.
