Great as a breakfast tray, too!
Well, I should say Mocubo is one solid board. All parts (bamboo board, plastic trays) are well made. Trays are well fixed with tiny brass rivets, so they don't fall out even when you turn the board over or lean on any side - really impressive! But what adds most value to the board is that you can use it as a breakfast tray as well - using both the board surface and all three trays to serve additional meals or portions. It's big for chopping and still could fit in any small kitchen so it's definitely a good purchase. Chop chop:) P.S. And I like the name!
Product Enhancement
Hello - I own this cutting board and really like it. I have an enhancement that I think would make this even more functional - can you add a few lids for the plastic drawers? For instance, yesterday I made tacos. We had all this left over chopped up onion, tomato, lettuce and cilantro. It would have been awesome if I could have taken a couple of plastic covers, put them on the containers and stored them away in the fridge to use the next day. Just an idea!
