Show AllGood idea, make sure that it can can account for condensation and be mold free. I would imagine people would often use this at work and not wash it for months at a time.
Great idea. Suggestion: Make it of light-weight dishwasher safe plastic with an absorbent base that will not mar desk tops nor leave that long lasting cup ring mark. Good luck - Jack Fleming

I have one on my desk right now. Not sure where my husband got it,but you might want to do a little more research to see how many different kinds are out there, and how they differ from your design.Good Luck!
