Project Complete!
The Quirky community has weighed in (pun intended) and picked Mr. Stewart’s Cable Weight idea!
Now it’s time for a name. So give it a shot and earn influence on this project! Here’s a brief of Stephen Stewart’s original description.
LETS RECAP:
Every time I move my laptop from my desk, I unplug various cords and peripherals, depending on what I’ve been doing.
My idea is for a small, compact weight that attaches near the end of the cable. Through weight and friction (e.g. they could be covered in rubber – maybe the same kind as you get on those non-slip dashboard mats), when the cable is unplugged, it stays on the desk. No more fumbling around on the floor.
