My name is Mark Howson and I am a student living and working in Scarborough. I live with my family, work for money (although I do try to win it) and enjoy visiting the theatre, watching movies and reading.
Before living in Scarborough, I used to live in a small village outside of Bradford. Scarborough was an improvement to this, but anything would be really. Villages are generally very dull, with a notoriously small amount of things to do - and our house backed onto the fire station, which was quite noisy I imagine.
After moving to Scarborough, however, the house posed another problem. Being a Barratt house, the walls are very thin. And I can hear Dad watching 'Yesterday' downstairs.
All in all though, life is generally good despite my rather frustrating but sadly unavoidable habit for making it more difficult. You can read more about me at my blog. When I'm not blogging, I occasionally write a bit more of my long unfinished book.
