Fill Without the Spill: Introducing… Level

Posted ago by Baron

Cooking may be an art, but it’s also a science, and if there’s one thing we know about science, it’s that you can’t overvalue the power of precision. That was the thought behind Level, a set of no-spill measuring spoons with sliding caps to keep your measurements correct and contained. Simply scoop your spice of choice, then slide down the cap to level the amount and prevent spilling during transport. When the job is complete, the slide and spoon can be separated and tossed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. With a low-profile design, and five sizes to choose from, consider Level the next tool in your kitchen laboratory (lab coat not included).

Inventor Annie Berndtson knew exactly what she wanted when she submitted her idea to Quirky: a slim, no-spill measuring spoon that would put the competition to shame. Her robust submission moved hearts and minds at Quirky’s live Eval, and with a little refinement from 607 community influencers, Level is now poised to make Annie’s dream a reality. Head to Quirky’s Upcoming section to see more shots of this kitchen contraption, and to help us determine its price.

Looks great, nice going with the orange gradient color option!
I'm still holding out hope that Quirky will recognize my 4 previous submissions of this idea. So far nothing.

very cool product. I voted for the green colors but orange is fun too.
This is a beautiful product.

I voted for these colors because it reminded me of fast food decor. :)
